The definition of Midwife stems from the middle and old English words mid and wif meaning WITH WOMAN!

There is a huge misconception that a midwife’s job is only to deliver babies, this is not true! A midwife’s job is exactly as the meaning dictates, to be WITH WOMAN. We are there to be with women through their early sexual and reproductive lives, through their pregnancies, their transitions to motherhood and their losses!

And that is exactly what FemmEd is designed to do! I am here to BE WITH WOMEN! And I could not be more proud or excited!
